Magnolias
The aesthetic inspiration for this project was the Mission style architecture found in Southern California, which became particularly popular in the revival period of the 1930’s in Hollywood.
This architectural style with its typical enclosed courtyard and its balance of airy spaces with cozy corners was adapted to the luxurious Magnolias.
Three villa types are offered ranging from 250-400 square meters of functional area. Architectural materials and colors are light, warm and natural. Together with beautiful wrought iron elements, they create a homey, soothing and peaceful ambience among neighbors.
